Annelies Vaneycken received her BA in graphic design in 1998 from Hogeschool Sint-Lukas Brussels and her MA in Multimedia & Graphic Design in 2001 at the Sandberg Institute Amsterdam. In 1999 she founded Trans-ID Brussels, and has been working there as a graphic and interaction designer ever since. Since 1999 she’s been a lecturer in Graphic Design at the Hogeschool Sint-Lukas Brussels.
Besides client-related work, she is interested in the “authorship” of her profession, where graphic design meets other disciplines. She enjoys exploring social issues arising from cultural identity.
